ABOUT THE ROLE

As Service Manager, you will be responsible for expanding and professionalising our service activities within the water sector. You will develop a strong service proposition centred on maintenance contracts (SLAs), spare parts and chemicals, and translate this into clear and competitive pricing structures.

You will oversee operational performance and ensure a high level of customer support. At the same time, you will gradually build an efficient service organisation that grows in line with the company’s ambitions.

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

  • Developing and growing the service business (SLAs, spare parts, chemicals)

  • Defining service offerings, contract structures and associated pricing

  • Monitoring operational performance, service quality and customer support

  • Building and professionalising a service organisation

  • Optimising processes, tools and service flows

WHAT DO YOU BRING TO THE ROLE?

  • At least 5 years’ experience in water-related services or operational activities

  • Experience with service contracts, aftermarket or SLA management

  • Strong organisational skills combined with commercial acumen

  • Proactive and hands-on approach

  • Good communication skills and a customer-focused mindset
