You will develop a strong service proposition centred on maintenance contracts (SLAs), spare parts and chemicals, and translate this into clear and competitive pricing structures.
You will oversee operational performance and ensure a high level of customer support. At the same time, you will gradually build an efficient service organisation that grows in line with the company’s ambitions.
